Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Currency Converter Prime mobile application (the "App") operated by PrimeCode Solutions ("we", "our", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Currency Converter Prime provides exchange rate information and currency conversion calculations for informational purposes only. The App is not a financial service and does not provide financial advice.
Exchange rates displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market rates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data. Exchange rates should not be relied upon for financial transactions or investment decisions.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeCode Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App offers optional purchases that remove advertising. Available options may include monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. The price and billing period shown in the App before confirmation are the terms that apply to your purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your store account before the end of the current billing period. Your store account settings show the applicable cancellation deadline, renewal price, and next billing date.
Ad-free access from a subscription remains available while that subscription is active. A lifetime purchase does not expire. Existing lifetime purchasers retain permanent ad-free access. Purchases can be restored on supported devices signed in to the same store account, subject to the store's rules.
Apple and Google process payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under their respective terms. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrimeCode Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
